Job summary

Fricker's Springfield 120, LLC is seeking a friendly server to join our team in a fast-paced casual dining setting. You will greet guests, suggest specials, take orders, and input items into the POS system while delivering great service.

You will check on guests, process payments, manage cash and credit cards, and ensure IDs are checked and alcohol served responsibly. Training and development are provided, with opportunities for growth and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must be 19+ years old.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work various shifts.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Tips Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests enthusiastically, suggesting specials based on knowledge of menu, entering items into POS system.
• Delivering food and checking back to ensure everything is excellent.
• Pre-bussing and bussing tables.
• Collecting guest checks and handling cash and credit cards accurately.
• Sincerely thanking guests and inviting them to return.
• Checking IDs per state and local law and serving alcohol responsibly.
• Assisting other servers and managers throughout the dining room.
