Qualifications

• Prior serving or front-of-house experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and guest-focused mindset.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume setting.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and carry trays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, providing a warm and welcoming dining experience from start to finish
• Present menus, answer questions, and make knowledgeable food and beverage recommendations
• Accurately take and relay food and drink orders to kitchen and bar staff
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring order accuracy and guest satisfaction
• Monitor and attend to guest needs throughout the meal, including refills and additional requests
• Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service areas, and dining floor
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure smooth service
