Buffalo Wild Wings in Kennewick, WA is seeking friendly servers to join our front-of-house team. You will greet Guests, take orders, upsell menu items, deliver food and drinks, and handle payments in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Certifications to serve alcohol as dictated by state policy.
• Prior experience in a server or customer service role, ideally in a high-volume full-service restaurant.
• Superior customer service and hospitality skills.
• Knowledge of sanitation, food safety, and security procedures.
• Knowledge of menu and ability to suggest items and upsell.
• Knowledge of current promotions and events.

Responsibilities
