Nebo School District is seeking a Substitute Child Nutrition Worker to assist in preparing and serving meals to students. The role requires basic computer skills, ability to lift, stand for long periods, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced school kitchen.

Placement on the salary schedule is reviewed by the supervisor and HR; high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a Food Handlers Permit is expected. This is a non-benefits position with variable hours based on need.

Responsabilités

• Arrange food, condiments and supplies to maintain adequate quantities.
• Assist student workers to ensure a safe, efficient work environment.
• Monitor food items for temperature and portions to meet health standards.
• Clean kitchen and cafeteria areas to maintain sanitary conditions.
• Maintain equipment and storage areas in sanitary condition.
• Participate in department meetings and training as required.
• Report equipment malfunctions to keep equipment in safe order.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
