Job summary
Sun Tan City is seeking team members in a high-energy tanning salon environment. Base pay starts at $11.50/hr with performance bonuses, and average earnings can reach $15.50/hr with eligible performance and training.

Qualifications
- Basic computer skills required.
- Strong customer service mindset.
- Ability to upsell products and services.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by meeting clients' needs and treating them professionally.
- Engage with clients to build relationships and understand their needs as a customer.
- Make product and service recommendations to clients.
- Maintain minimum sales requirements.
- Multi-task by cleaning beds and engaging new clients.
- Assist with cleanliness of salon tanning rooms, lobby, restrooms, laundry and storage areas.
- Work cohesively with a team in a fast-paced salon while upholding company policies.
