As part of Retail/Sales reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll handle multi-shift scheduling, maintain a professional appearance, and adhere to the Cellairis Retail Dress Code.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable.
• Genuine customer service and relationship-building.
• Stand for long periods and lift 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and valid Driver’s License.
• Professional appearance.
• Retail experience recommended but not required; 1–3 years in a retail sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk-by entry doors.
• Entice walk-in customers with free products to drive store visits and purchases.
• Use AIDA-based scripts to guide customers to the counter for quotes or sign-ups.
• Encourage customers to join mailing list and participate in offers.
• Explain offers and drive them to the Cellairis counter.
