Job summary

Turkey Hill Minit Markets is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to greet guests, stock and organize shelves, and run the register. You will be part of a team delivering a top-notch shopping experience in a fast-paced setting.

There is cross-training across store operations, with growth opportunities within Cumberland Farms’ nationwide network. A flexible schedule and benefits are available for eligible team members.

Qualifications

• Preferred 3–6 months in retail or guest service.
• ServSafe /Food Safety certification is a plus but not required.
• Ability to deliver friendly, energetic customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and smile to provide excellent service.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and freezers; maintain store cleanliness.
• Support the manager in daily operations and cross-train across store areas.
• Contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
