Job summary

BODYBAR Pilates in Edmond, OK is seeking energetic fitness instructors to lead dynamic, form-focused Pilates sessions using the BODYBAR method. You’ll motivate members, focus on safety, and deliver a standout studio experience.

Reporting to the Fitness Manager, you will guide a range of abilities, schedule subs, and help build a welcoming community. Requirements include BODYBAR Instructor Training, CPR/AED, liability insurance, and a passion for health and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about health and helping others feel strong.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Basic knowledge of anatomy and body movement.
• Completion of BODYBAR Instructor Training Program and CPR/AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Be a true BODYBAR ambassador and bring energy to every class.
• Lead form-focused Pilates classes using the BODYBAR method for all levels.
• Provide expert cues to keep members safe and confident.
• Offer upbeat support on modifications, policies, and promotions.
• Own your class schedule and secure subs for an excellent member experience.
• Build community by engaging with members before, during, and after class.
