PT Northwest has an immediate opening for a Physical Therapist to join our Stayton team. You will provide high-quality patient care, guide rehabilitation plans, and help patients restore active lifestyles in a collaborative clinic environment.

We offer a competitive salary ($80,000-$100,000), a $5,000 sign-on bonus, relocation support, tuition assistance up to $15,000, CE reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefits package. Monday–Friday schedule with opportunities for growth and leadership.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program
• Oregon PT licensed or licensed eligible
• Excellent patient care and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatment and patient education
• Collaborate with care team to design and implement rehab plans
• Maintain high quality patient experience in clinic
