Qualifications

• Love for young children – from babies to upper elementary ages.
• Willingness to work 25+ hours per week, including some weekends.
• Commitment to train hard and take direction well/easily.
• Stage presence – performing may be involved.
• Willingness to clean (a big part of what we do) to keep kids safe/happy.
• Effective leadership and motivational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead upbeat activities and games for children.
• Interact warmly with children and families in sessions.
• Support instructors and maintain a safe, fun environment.
• Assist in setup, cleanup, and facility upkeep.
