Five Below is seeking part-time Sales Associates to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales in a fast-paced environment. You will greet customers, assist with product knowledge, stock shelves, and ensure a seamless checkout experience.

The role requires at least 16 years old, flexibility, and comfort with technology such as cash registers and handheld devices. This position starts at $17.29 per hour and offers opportunities to grow with the team.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with technology (cash registers, handheld and mobile devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions courteously and professionally.
• Learn procedural knowledge on-the-job.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly: Approach and acknowledge customers immediately, providing assistance and handling multiple customers efficiently.
• Understand and meet customer needs: Assess customer needs by sharing product knowledge, answering questions, directing them to merchandise, and offering recommendations.
• Promote store events and promotions: Inform customers about current store events, promotions, and special activities to enhance their shopping experience and drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns: Address customer issues and use product knowledge to offer alternative solutions, aiming to turn returns into exchanges when possible.
• Communicate needs to management: Regularly inform management about merchandise restocking, service requirements, and any customer feedback in a timely manner.
• Support team and company goals: Collaborate with the team to achieve overall store and company objectives, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
