Dominique Dawes Academy in Alpharetta, GA is seeking an entry-level Ninja Warrior & Parkour Coach to lead safe, high-energy classes for young athletes. You will foster confidence, coordination, strength, and teamwork in a supportive environment.

Our program values enthusiasm, safety, and a positive coaching presence, with training provided to help you grow in this role. Weekday and weekend shifts are available, with ongoing opportunities to develop movement-related skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Experience working with children in instructional, athletic, or recreational settings preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Instruct weekly ninja classes for preschool, beginner, and intermediate-level athletes.
• Create a welcoming and supportive class environment aligned with the academy's philosophy.
• Follow class plans, skill progressions, and safety protocols provided by leadership.
• Provide age-appropriate instruction that challenges athletes while ensuring progress and fun.
• Offer verbal and physical spotting and corrections to support skill development and safety.
• Engage with parents before and after classes to provide feedback and build community.
• Maintain a clean, organized training space and assist with setup/teardown of equipment.
• Monitor athletes for safety and respond to injuries following gym protocols.
• Collaborate with teammates and management to ensure smooth class transitions.
• Attend staff trainings and meetings; represent the academy's values in all interactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
