Amazing Athletes in Austin, TX is hiring energetic coaches to teach fundamental sports skills to children ages 18 months to 10 years. You’ll lead high-energy, multi-sport classes using structured active play and prewritten lesson plans—no prior sports experience required.

This role emphasizes safety, individualized encouragement, and building relationships with families. Schedule includes mornings, afternoons, some Saturdays; pay per session, with paid training, certification, and growth

Qualifications

• Experience working with children.
• Energetic and reliable in every class.
• Physically active and able to demonstrate movements and skills.
• Comfortable leading groups independently.
• Punctual, organized and professional in appearance.
• Willing to travel up to 30 minutes between locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-energy, engaging multi-sport classes for toddlers and young children.
• Use prewritten lesson plans and videos to deliver fun, structured sessions—no sports experience required.
• Provide individual attention to ensure each child feels successful and confident.
• Use positive reinforcement and a non-competitive approach to keep learning fun.
• Ensure safety and maintain a nurturing environment at all times.
