Job summary

Super Soccer Stars is hiring Part-Time Multi-Sport Coaches to lead after-school and weekend classes across Westchester County, NY and Fairfield County, CT. You’ll help kids ages 1–12 explore soccer, basketball, track & field, karate, and more in a fun, supportive environment.

Ideal candidates are energetic, reliable, punctual, and comfortable guiding groups. Paid training, flexible scheduling, and season bonuses are offered, with opportunities to grow into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young children (ages 5 and under) is preferred.
• High energy and enthusiasm for multi-sport activities.
• Comfort with leading age-appropriate classes and managing groups.

Responsibilities

• Assist and train to lead age-appropriate multi-sport classes.
• Create a supportive, inclusive atmosphere encouraging confidence and participation.
• Implement structured lesson plans for a variety of sports and movement fundamentals.
• Maintain a safe, organized environment including setup and transitions.
• Communicate effectively with parents, players, and fellow coaches.
• Attend seasonal trainings and meetings to stay aligned with program standards.
