Job summary

My Gym Children’s Fitness Center in the United States is seeking energetic Kids Gym Instructors and Party Hosts to lead fitness classes, run preschool and parent/child activities, and host birthday parties. This role blends active play with customer service, safety, and teamwork.

You’ll work 25+ hours per week, including weekends, with competitive hourly pay and weekend party tips; opportunities for advancement, wellness resources, and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High-energy and kid-friendly attitude.
• Reliable communicator with teamwork skills.
• Confident performing or leading in front of groups.
• Able to work 25+ hours per week, including weekends.
• Comfortable with cleaning and following safety standards.
• Experience in sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, theater, or early childhood education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Teach children’s fitness classes, preschool programs, and parent/child classes.
• Lead activities, songs, games, and movement routines.
• Provide excellent customer service to parents and caregivers.
• Host birthday parties and special events (tips included!).
• Support daily operations and collaborate with the team.
