The Little Gym of Somersault is hiring a Children’s Fitness Instructor to lead classes and birthday parties with our proven curriculum. You will join a team focused on energy, safety, and fun for kids in a supportive environment.

We value customer service, teamwork, and a positive attitude as you help children grow confidence through movement-based activities and imaginative play within our community.

Qualifications

• Be energetic and love working with kids.
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Strong customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Teach amazing classes and lead fabulous birthday parties using our proven curriculum and teaching method.
• Be part of a team of instructors who teach classes and run birthday parties on weekends.
• Coordinate all aspects of birthday parties with hosting families to ensure a magical experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience, treating members like family.
