Job summary
The Little Gym of Silver Spring is seeking energetic instructors to lead our gymnastics-based classes for children aged 4 months through 12 years. You will deliver a proven curriculum, engage with members and families, and contribute to a fun, safe, and supportive learning environment.
In this role you will help kids build confidence, gain new skills, and enjoy a positive, community-focused work setting while earning an hourly wage.
Responsibilities
- Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (we'll teach you how)
- Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience, treating members like family
- Host parties and events for kids and their parents, often staying late for celebrations
