Job summary

Kids for the Future is seeking a friendly server in Dallas, TX to deliver exceptional guest service, ensure a welcoming atmosphere, and support the dining team.

The role requires teamwork, energy, and knowledge of our menu, with responsibilities including taking orders, serving guests, and maintaining clean, safe dining areas. Must have TABC and Food Handlers certifications as stated.

Responsibilities

• Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
• Helps guests select food and beverage items by presenting the menu, offering cocktails, and making recommendations.
• Communicates with management team on any guest related situation.
• Answer questions about food, beverages and other restaurant functions and services.
• Perform opening, side work and closing duties, as required.
• Maintain clean service areas.
• Monitor and observe guests dining experience. Respond promptly to any requests.
• Assist other team members with running food, drinks, pre-busing, or any other guest related situation.
