Job summary

Genesis Health Clubs is seeking an experienced fitness instructor to lead group classes and motivate members of all ages to reach their fitness goals. You will create an energetic, inclusive atmosphere and adapt workouts to diverse abilities.

Qualifications

• Group training certification is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• 1+ year of group fitness instruction experience.
• Ability to perform demonstrations of exercises.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach scheduled group fitness classes
• Prepare appropriate equipment and music before each class
• Instruct members on proper techniques and equipment use
• Enforce facility rules and regulations
