Job summary

La Petite Playhouse in Redwood City is hiring a Lead Event & Front Desk Host for afternoons and weekend parties. You will greet families, manage check-ins, and lead private events with enthusiasm. Pay starts at $19.00 per hour, with 15–20 hours per week; in-person work. Weekend shifts include parties, and guaranteed tips are provided each weekend.

Qualifications

• Physical ability to climb, crawl, bend, lift heavy items and stay active.
• Outgoing, energetic personality with comfort in public announcements.
• Reliable and punctual with safety awareness and availability for afternoon/weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk & Welcoming: Greet families, check in using online system, verify waivers.
• Party Leadership: Confidently lead private events and announcements.
• Active Facility Care: Keep play space clean and safe; assist in sanitization every 2 hours.
• Joyful Experience: Deliver high energy and exceptional service to kids and parents.
