First Adventures Academy is seeking a dedicated Teacher to shape young minds in a vibrant, family‑owned program. You will lead your classroom, plan engaging activities rooted in early childhood best practices, and partner with families to support each child’s growth.

Join a supportive, high‑energy team that values heart, energy, and a passion for working with children every day. CPR/First Aid certification is required; background checks are completed as part of the onboarding process.

Qualificações

• Excellent written and verbal communication with families and staff.
• Strong understanding of child development and learning through play.
• Current Infant/Child CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsabilidades

• Lead classroom with confidence and positivity, modeling excellence.
• Plan age-appropriate experiences to spark curiosity and development.
• Build meaningful relationships with families through daily conversations and conferences.
• Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and volunteers.
