• Maintain cleaning supplies per HAACP standards.
• Communicate with management, chefs, and staff to address needs.
• Ensure storeroom requisitions are accurate.
• Keep work areas, utensils, and equipment clean.
• Follow kitchen policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Follow safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.
