Bluemont Group is hiring a Crew Member to support daily operations. You will greet guests, take orders, and prepare coffee, beverages, and food items according to brand standards. You’ll operate the POS and handle cash/credit transactions, while keeping work areas clean and stocked.

This role emphasizes friendly service, teamwork, and adherence to health and safety guidelines in a fast-paced environment. Previous food service experience is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests with a positive and friendly attitude
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare coffee, beverages, and food items according to brand standards
• Operate POS system and handle cash/credit transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, counters, and dining areas
• Restock product and supplies as needed throughout the shift
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Work collaboratively with team members and shift leaders
• Ensure guest satisfaction through prompt service and attention to detail
• Uphold Dunkin' and Bluemont Group policies and standards
