The Little Gym of West Windsor in New Jersey is seeking a highly energetic coach/instructor to teach gymnastics to children from 4 months to 12 years in a fun, non-competitive setting. You will share our proven curriculum, work with a supportive team, and help kids develop confidence through progressive motor-skill activities.

Qualifications

• Sincere love of children.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Excellent communication with kids and parents.
• Ability to engage with children creatively in class.
• Background in fitness or related activities (gymnastics, sports, dance, cheer).

Responsibilities

• Teach gymnastics classes to children from 4 months to 12 years.
• Interact with children and parents daily.
• Support other instructors and staff as needed.
• Maintain safe, clean, and fun environment for all participants.
• Handle administrative tasks such as lesson plans and announcements.
• Engage with the curriculum and promote confidence through non-competitive activities.
