The Little Gym in Seattle is seeking an energetic Children's Fitness Instructor to lead classes and birthday parties based on our proven curriculum. You’ll join a weekend team and coordinate events with families to deliver a magical, developmental experience for kids and their siblings.

We value enthusiasm, a background in child development or physical education, and a willingness to be a positive role model. Training and advancement await the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Background in child development or education is preferred.
• Experience with physical activity programs for children is a plus.
• Genuine enthusiasm for working with kids and families.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes and lead birthday parties using our curriculum and methods.
• Join a team of instructors teaching on weekends.
• Coordinate birthday party details with families to ensure a magical experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service and a welcoming member experience.
• Be ready to lead and support growth and development of children and teammates.
