Job summary

Davidprotein is seeking energetic, reliable individuals for its Event Support Team. This part-time, contract role supports activations at trade shows, samplings, and brand events across the United States.

You will travel to expos, set up materials, host sampling events, engage with customers, and help capture on-brand content. Ideal candidates have strong people skills, high energy, and a customer-first attitude.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• High energy and positive attitude.
• Comfortable being hands-on at events, from weekdays to weekends.
• No ego when pitching in to scrappy, hands-on tasks.
• Passionate about working at an early-stage CPG brand with a mission to help people increase muscle and decrease fat.

Responsibilities

• Event Activation & Experience: Support brand events including samplings, expos, influencer and community activations.
• Set up and break down event materials such as tables, signage, and displays.
• Host local sampling events and retail demos to drive trial and build lasting relationships with customers and retail partners.
• Travel to expos across the U.S., from bodybuilding to health and fitness shows, assisting with booth operations and ensuring seamless execution.
