Cellairis is seeking a Brand Advocate in Queens, NY to drive customer engagement and sales at the walk-by entry doors. You will use energetic scripts and the AIDA model to convert walk-by prospects into store visitors and buyers.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, a genuine customer service mindset, and the ability to convert objections into leads while maintaining a positive, coachable attitude. Prior retail experience is a plus in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk-by entry doors.
• Use AIDA model-based scripts to engage walk-by customers and drive them to the store.
• Persuade customers to obtain a repair quote or join the mailing list.
• Make customers aware of offers and drive them to the Cellairis counter.
