Job summary

Jen-Jen's Rhythm N Brews is seeking experienced bartenders to join a high-output, low-drama team. You will prepare and serve beverages, stay current on menu items, and ensure smooth service for guests and servers.

We value teamwork, safety, and excellent guest interaction. Roles include both full-time and part-time schedules, with opportunities to cover shifts across evenings and weekends in a lively environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year bartending experience is preferred.
• Must be a team player with an outgoing personality.
• Must meet minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• RAMP certification required if not already certified.
• Able to stock and maintain bar supplies and equipment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and service beverages according to in-house recipes.
• Serve beverages quickly, efficiently and professionally to guests and servers.
• Stay informed about menu items, specials, and events; answer questions accurately.
• Handle problems promptly and document incidents per PLCB guidelines.
• Verify guest ages according to PLCB RAMP rules.
• Ensure bar is stocked and handle opening/closing duties.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of bar and equipment.
• Operate the POS system and handheld devices to take orders and reconcile sales.
• Attend company and team meetings as required.
