Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group in Georgetown, SC is seeking a friendly bartender to deliver standout service in a fast-paced bar setting. You will craft cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks, greet guests, and help create a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining clean, well-stocked stations.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of bartending experience, a flexible schedule including weekends, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Be 21 years of age or older with 1-2 years of prior bartending experience
• Have a positive energy, be ready to assist fellow support staff and work as a team player
• Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and all guests
• A flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
• Constant standing/walking with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting

Responsibilities

• Create, prepare, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the Restaurant’s standard drink recipes while tending to bar patrons
• Receive orders and serve food to guests dining at the bar
• Maintain bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner and assist the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies in addition to required side work
• Always remain educated on our menu offerings and respond promptly to any requests or questions about our menus, dietary restrictions and other restaurant functions and services
• Prepare and present final bill, process payment, and report all gratuities received to comply with the IRS standards of reporting income
