Dave & Buster’s is hiring for a team member to deliver fast, friendly service in a high-energy restaurant and arcade environment in Queen Creek, AZ. You will greet Guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and help keep the dining area clean and welcoming.

Must be 21+, have strong English communication, and enjoy working in a bustling venue with a focus on guest experience. Previous restaurant or bar experience is preferred but not required; training provided.

Qualifications

• Provide fast, friendly service to Guests
• Maintain menu knowledge to answer questions
• Read and communicate in English

Responsibilities

• Deliver an unparalleled Guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun.
• Greet Guests and take orders, ensuring accurate transmission via Micros.
• Enter orders into Micros quickly and in proper sequence, including modifications.
• Keep station clean, stocked, and presentable; follow sanitation procedures.
• Handle payments accurately and maintain cash/change while on duty.
• Assist in setup/teardown and support other Team members as needed.
