You will follow safety and sanitation policies, mix drinks to official recipes, manage POS transactions, and assist with food service as needed. A team-oriented, energetic attitude is essential for a busy, welcoming bar environment.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Ability to pour and mix drinks following standard recipes.

Responsibilities

• Follows all company safety and sanitation policies and procedural training.
• Mixes liquor and drink ingredients according to company recipes and measures
• Prepares and serves guests with a cheerful, courteous demeanor and maintains a clean bar area
• Verifies correct pricing for drinks and enters orders into POS system accurately
• Ability to assess guests' demeanor, identify intoxicated guests and summon a Manager when needed
• Collects payments (credit cards, cash, or gift cards) and provides correct change promptly
• Performs shift changes, opening/closing duties, and side work as assigned
