• Mix and serve drinks accurately following company procedures.
• Keep bar clean, organized, and clutter-free.
• Ensure guests see a tidy, inviting space with stools in place and polished surroundings.
• Handle opening/closing duties and stay on top of side work.
• Present menus and daily specials to guests.
• Assist with off-site or special event setups with Bar Manager.
• Report safety or maintenance issues promptly.
• Restock bar items to par levels and monitor inventory with Bar Manager.
