360 Westport is seeking talented bartenders with high-volume experience who are personable and enthusiastic to join our team in Maryland Heights, MO.

Responsibilities include creating a welcoming atmosphere, mixing drinks, serving customers, handling payments, monitoring alcohol service, and keeping the bar clean and compliant with local laws. Applicants should have 1+ year bartending experience, knowledge of cocktails, a friendly demeanor, and TIPS/Safe Serve certification is a plus.

Qualifications

Knowledge of classic and craft cocktails.

TIPS or Safe Serve certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Creating a Welcoming Atmosphere: Engaging with customers to create a friendly environment.
Mixing Drinks: Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes.
Customer Service: Greeting customers, taking orders, and providing recommendations.
Cash Handling: Managing transactions and giving change.
Inventory Management: Tracking stock levels and ordering supplies as needed.
Maintaining Cleanliness: Keeping the bar area clean and organized.
Compliance: Adhering to local laws and regulations regarding alcohol service.
Setting Up and Breaking Down: Preparing the bar before opening and cleaning after closing.
Monitoring Alcohol Consumption: Ensuring responsible service and handling intoxicated customers.
