Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Bartender.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests ensuring a warm welcoming but not overbearing presence.
• Be present and attentive by recognizing visual cues of guests' needs before they realize what they need.
• Convey enthusiasm for our food and beverage menus while maintaining knowledge of the menu and allergies.
• Work as a team at all times, supporting one another and prioritizing guest needs.
• Accurately process transactions using the POS system including guest payments and order tracking.
• Understand and follow the steps of service.
• Check identification of guests to verify they are of legal drinking age.
• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Comply with health, safety and hygiene standards.
• Perform all other duties as needed.
