Responsibilities

Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and specialty drinks according to company recipes and standards.
Provide friendly, attentive service and support servers with drink orders.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
Check IDs and follow alcohol service laws and company policies.
Upsell beverages and menu items to enhance the guest experience.
Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
Assist with opening, closing, and daily bar prep duties.
Communicate effectively with front‑of‑house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service.
