The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of bartending experience, strong knowledge of cocktails and spirits, and excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities include crafting cocktails, managing multiple tasks, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. The position requires proficiency in POS systems and the ability to communicate in Spanish. Responsibilities further include leading by example and maintaining hospitality excellence while expressing personal style.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of bartending experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Must be 21 years old or older.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques.
• Current alcohol and food certifications as per state requirements.
• Ability to communicate in Spanish with the crew.
