• Capable of using common quick-use tools if required.
• Adapt to multiple positions during busy periods with ease.

• Communicate clearly and assertively with teammates when needed.
• Adapt to problems and implement practical solutions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Converse with customers to confirm orders and input accurately into the POS.
• Collect payments and provide correct change; handle cash with care.
• Prepare all drinks and premixes according to menu guidelines.
• Move with urgency while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Engage with customers to build personal connections daily.
• Know the menu inside out and suggest items to match customer needs.
• Maintain good personal hygiene and dress code; represent brand professionally.
• Follow shift change duties, checklists, and weekly tasks as directed.
• Be punctual, clock in on time, and ready to work at the start of your shift.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and healthy work environment in line with standards.
