Formación

• High energy, organized, with a passion for teaching children.
• Direct Instruction or other teaching experience is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Implement the approved curriculum with proper pacing, lesson plans, and assessments.
• Collaborate with teammates to develop teaching skills and plan effectively.
• Participate in team planning meetings and share curriculum and instructional expertise.
• Engage in offered professional development opportunities.
• Maintain professional etiquette in communications and interactions.
• Promote communication between parents, community members and teammates and support home-school connections.
• Encourage parental/guardian involvement within the school.
