Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in workplace/desktop/service desk/endpoint operations or related enterprise tech disciplines.
• Experience with vulnerability remediation and endpoint security concepts preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration across Cyber Security, Infrastructure, and Service Management teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate remediation plans across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Support vulnerability management lifecycle, patching, and software deployment.
• Develop dashboards and reporting to improve operational visibility and remediation efficiency.
