• Bachelor’s degree required or relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsor­ship now or in the future.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role.
• 6+ years of experience in endpoint security, EDR/XDR tools in enterprise environments.
• Experience monitoring, triaging, and responding to endpoint security alerts using CrowdStrike Falcon or similar.
• Experience administering CrowdStrike Falcon: sensor deployment, policy configuration, host grouping, exclusions, response actions.
• Experience troubleshooting endpoint security issues across Windows, macOS, and server environments.
• Experience with incident containment and remediation activities including host isolation, indicator blocking, quarantine support, and coordination with infra or support teams.
• Experience with SIEM, SOAR, ITSM, and security operations workflows.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, triage, and respond to endpoint security alerts and incidents.
• Support administration of CrowdStrike Falcon including sensor deployment and policy configuration.
• Troubleshoot endpoint security issues across Windows, macOS, and server environments.
• Coordinate with infrastructure and security operations teams to drive timely incident response.
