Lakeview Loan Servicing seeks an Endpoint InfoSec Engineer focused on endpoint security to protect systems and data, implement security controls, and support regulatory compliance across the organization.

This fully remote role offers a hybrid option in Coral Gables, FL, with a base salary of $143,000–$158,000 plus annual bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including medical coverage from day one and a company-matched 401(k).

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience in systems operations and/or systems security.
• Experience managing secure email gateways and other email security solutions.
• Experience with systems events monitoring, enrichment, analysis, and anomaly detection.
• Experience in highly regulated environments, preferably Financial Services or similar.
• Strong research and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience configuring and supporting endpoint detection and response technologies.
• Knowledge of securing systems, databases, and applications.
• Scripting: Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, implementation, and management of endpoint security controls (EDR, hardening, DB security).
• Provide expert support and oversight across security technologies (EDR, SIEM, gateways, auditing tools).
• Strengthen cloud security posture for IaaS, PaaS, SaaS environments in line with standards.
• Develop and enforce security documentation (policies, diagrams, procedures).
• Coordinate incident response and remediation activities to mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with IT, compliance, and audit for internal/external assessments.
• Align technical controls with business priorities and IT projects.
• Stay informed on threats and evolving security trends.

Job description

The Endpoint InfoSec Engineer with an emphasis on Endpoint Security completes tasks designed to ensure the security of the organization's systems and information assets. This position protects against unauthorized access, modification, or destruction of company systems or data while supporting systems security control objectives to meet regulatory and contractual requirements. This position works with the business and end-users to determine individual department needs, implements policies and procedures, and supports compliance throughout the organization. Must be familiar with a variety of Information Security concepts, practices, and procedures.

This is a fully remote position with the option of working a hybrid schedule out of our Coral Gables, FL office. We offer a competitive salary range of $143,000 to $158,000, plus an annual bonus. Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, implementation, and management of endpoint security controls, including Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), endpoint hardening, and database security, to ensure robust protection across enterprise assets.
• Provide expert support and operational oversight across a broad suite of security technologies, including Security Email Gateways, Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems, vulnerability management tools, and security auditing platforms.
• Strengthen the organization’s cloud security posture by supporting secure configurations and continuous monitoring for IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS environments in alignment with industry standards and best practices.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce security documentation, including policies, standards, architectural diagrams, and operational procedures, to ensure consistency, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Execute and coordinate incident response and remediation activities, apply sound judgment to mitigate risks, and address system vulnerabilities efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, compliance, and audit teams to support internal security exercises, external assessments, and third-party reviews, ensuring alignment with regulatory and organizational requirements.
• Contribute to enterprise IT and security initiatives, driving alignment between technical control objectives, business priorities, and ongoing IT projects to enhance operational resilience.
• Stay informed of emerging cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and technological trends, proactively integrating insights into security operations and continuous improvement strategies.

Qualifications

Certifications:

Location & Compensation:

• This role can be hybrid out of our Coral Gables, Florida office or be remote-based anywhere in the US.

• Base compensation is expected to be $143,000 to $158,000, with the opportunity for incentive compensation, including bonus compensation.
