Job summary

Lakeview Loan Servicing is seeking an Endpoint InfoSec Engineer focused on endpoint security to protect enterprise assets and ensure regulatory compliance. The role supports security controls, incident response, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will lead deployment and management of EDR, email gateways, SIEM, and vulnerability tools, while improving cloud security posture across IaaS, PaaS, SaaS environments. A strong scripting background and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience in systems operations or security.
• Experience with secure email gateways, SIEM, and vulnerability management.
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in regulated environments, preferably financial services.

Overview

Endpoint InfoSec Engineer with an emphasis on Endpoint Security completes tasks designed to ensure the security of the organization's systems and information assets. This position protects against unauthorized access, modification, or destruction of company systems or data while supporting systems security control objectives to meet regulatory and contractual requirements. This position works with the business and end-users to determine individual department needs, implements policies and procedures, and supports compliance throughout the organization. Must be familiar with a variety of Information Security concepts, practices, and procedures. This is a fully remote position with the option of working a hybrid schedule out of our Coral Gables, FL office. We offer a competitive salary range of $143,000 to $158,000, plus an annual bonus. Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, implementation, and management of endpoint security controls, including Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), endpoint hardening, and database security, to ensure robust protection across enterprise assets.
• Provide expert support and operational oversight across a broad suite of security technologies, including Security Email Gateways, Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems, vulnerability management tools, and security auditing platforms.
• Strengthen the organization's cloud security posture by supporting secure configurations and continuous monitoring for IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS environments in alignment with industry standards and best practices.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce security documentation, including policies, standards, architectural diagrams, and operational procedures, to ensure consistency, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Execute and coordinate incident response and remediation activities, apply sound judgment to mitigate risks, and address system vulnerabilities efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, compliance, and audit teams to support internal security exercises, external assessments, and third-party reviews, ensuring alignment with regulatory and organizational requirements.
• Contribute to enterprise IT and security initiatives, driving alignment between technical control objectives, business priorities, and ongoing IT projects to enhance operational resilience.
• Stay informed of emerging cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and technological trends, proactively integrating insights into security operations and continuous improvement strategies.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience within systems operations and/or systems security
• Experience managing secure email gateways and other email security solutions
• Experience with systems events monitoring and enrichment, analysis, and anomaly detection
• Experience in highly regulated environments, preferably Financial Services or similar
• Strong research and troubleshooting skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong knowledge and experience in configuring and supporting endpoint detection and response technologies
• Knowledge of methods to secure systems, databases, and applications
• Skill with Python, Bash, or PowerShell scripting
• Broad understanding of current information security technologies, security industry trends, etc.
• Quick learner, adaptable, flexible, customer service oriented, a team player, and always closes the loop with the customer

Certifications

• Preferred: the following licenses or certificates are preferred: CISSP, CISA, CEH, CSSLP, CHFI, CCSP, GCIH, GCIA, ITIL v3, MCP, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security +, AWS, Azure

Location & Compensation

• This role can be hybrid out of our Coral Gables, Florida office or be remote-based anywhere in the US.
• Base compensation is expected to be $143,000 to $158,000, with the opportunity for incentive compensation, including bonus compensation.
