Job summary

Apex Fintech Solutions in Austin, TX is hiring a Systems/Integration Engineer to own the plumbing that connects endpoints, identity platforms, and cloud infrastructure. You will design and build integrations across AWS WorkSpaces, Intune, Kandji, ABM, and Entra ID, replacing legacy policies with modern, reproducible, policy-as-code solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline (or equivalent work experience) required.
• 2+ years in systems/endpoint engineering, including hands-on administration of modern MDM and AWS infrastructure.
• Deep Intune expertise: policies, profiles, Autopilot, RBAC.
• Experience with Kandji or Jamf Pro and ABM integration.
• ABM deployment and device lifecycle management experience.
• GPO migration to cloud-native MDM/compliance policies and Entra ID administration.
• RBAC design across Microsoft and AWS environments with least-privilege access.

Responsibilities

• Own integrations between AWS WorkSpaces and on-prem/cloud identity (Entra ID).
• Administer Intune end-to-end: compliance, profiles, Autopilot, app deployment, RBAC.
• Manage Kandji and ABM: DEP enrollment, policies, zero-touch provisioning.
• Design and enforce Conditional Access in Entra ID with security teams.
• Migrate GPOs to Intune/Entra-based policies and document gaps.
• Build RBAC models across Intune, Entra ID, and AWS with scoped admin roles.
• Develop AWS Lambda automation for device lifecycle events and cross-platform sync.
• Implement IaC for all infrastructure with Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
