Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking an experienced Endpoint Architecture Engineer to define and maintain the global endpoint architecture roadmap and to design scalable endpoint management solutions using Intune, Entra ID, Autopilot, Jamf Pro, and related technologies.

You will lead large-scale migrations from legacy systems to cloud-native architectures, establish governance standards, and drive automation and zero-touch provisioning to modernize the workplace.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Endpoint Management, Workplace Engineering, or Infrastructure Architecture.
• 5+ years of experience with: Microsoft Intune Microsoft Entra ID Microsoft Autopilot Windows 11 Enterprise
• High Diploma or GED required; strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the global endpoint architecture roadmap.
• Design scalable Endpoint Management solutions using Intune, Entra ID, Autopilot, Jamf Pro, and associated technologies.
• Lead the transition from legacy endpoint management solutions toward cloud-native architectures.
• Establish endpoint standards, governance models, and design principles.
• Drive endpoint automation, self-service, and zero-touch provisioning capabilities.
