Job summary

Marsh Investments & Retirement within Marsh's People and Investments team seeks an experienced Investment Consultant in Phoenix. The role is client-facing, focused on Endowment and Foundation clients, with a growth-oriented practice and cross-team collaboration.

You will design and communicate investment solutions, including alternatives, mentor colleagues, and engage with clients to expand service scope. The position is hybrid with in-office days and a focus on client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• CFA, CFP, CAIA or advanced degree preferred
• 7–15 years of related experience
• Proven client service history with endowment/foundation clients
• Ability to communicate traditional and alternative investments
• Experience presenting complex topics to clients
• Self-motivated team player
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Eagerness to stay current with investment industry trends
• Strong business development orientation

Responsibilities

• Work with clients’ staff, investment committees, and boards to deliver investment advice
• Design, develop, deliver, and communicate investment solutions for clients, including alternatives
• Collaborate across internal teams on investment strategy, portfolio management, research, marketing, sales, and consulting
• Mentor junior colleagues in their career development
• Engage with clients and prospective clients to grow the breadth of services
• Support Endowment and Foundation clients as part of the practice
