Job summary

Saint Louis University seeks a full-time researcher or clinician-scientist to lead the Gerald A. Maguire Endowed Chair in Neuropsychiatry Research and Education, developing an independent program in the neuroscience of stuttering and pursuing external grant funding.

The appointee will lecture in the School of Medicine, mentor junior faculty, residents, and students, and contribute to other departmental activities. A strong publication record and funded PI experience are highly desired.

Qualifications

• Strong publication record and funded principal investigator experience desired.
• Ability to develop an independent research program with external grant funding.
• Experience in lecturing in medical school settings.

Responsibilities

• Lecture in the School of Medicine.
• Mentor junior faculty, residents, and students.
• Support other department activities as needed.
