Job summary

Microbot Medical is seeking an Endovascular Account Associate to drive adoption of the LIBERTY Endovascular Robotic System in an assigned Northeast territory, including Boston, Long Island, Manhattan, and North Jersey.

You will work with Area Sales Managers and a Regional Sales Director to build relationships with surgeons and hospital staff, deliver product demonstrations, and grow revenue while ensuring clinical and operational success across accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Kinesiology, or Business preferred.
• Minimum 2 years sales experience in medical device/pharmaceutical field or 2 years clinical support experience with a medical device/pharma company.
• Clinical experience in a hospital environment (ER/OR/Cath Lab) is acceptable.
• Experience with or ability to learn CRM software tools.
• Willingness to travel 80-90% of the time within territory and occasional overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-room technical support during surgical procedures and ensure system performance.
• Build relationships with surgeons, administrators, schedulers, and staff to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
• Develop new physician users within existing accounts and expand procedural adoption.
• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for assigned accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Educate staff on system setup, instrumentation, and safe product use through training and in-services.
• Track territory activity and CRM data to inform growth strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Affairs, Marketing, and Sales to support market expansion.
