Job summary

AMN Healthcare seeks a BE/BC Endovascular Neurosurgeon to join a major teaching hospital in Hartford, Connecticut. The role combines endovascular procedures with general neurosurgery, backed by access to advanced imaging technology and UCONN academic opportunities.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in expanding a growing endovascular neurosurgery service while practicing within one of the region's largest integrated health systems. With a balanced mix of endovascular and general neurosurgery, access to advanced technology, and academic opportunities through UCONN, this position offers clinical variety, leadership potential, and long-term professional growth.

Opportunity Highlights

• Join an established neuroscience program at a Level I Trauma Center and major teaching hospital
• Help grow an expanding Endovascular Neurosurgery and thrombectomy program
• Practice at a Thrombectomy-Capable Stroke Center certified by The Joint Commission
• Balance endovascular procedures with general neurosurgery responsibilities
• Work alongside four neurosurgeons, three stroke-trained neurologists, and dedicated advanced practice provider support
• Utilize newly upgraded Siemens biplane imaging technology in the operating room
• Enjoy a schedule of 3-4 clinic days and 1-2 procedural days weekly
• Participate in a manageable 1:4 neurosurgery call rotation

• Receive a faculty appointment opportunity with UCONN Base salary of $871K for new graduates and increases with experience plus wRVUs, signing bonus, and relocation
