Job Description The Endourology Territory Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and market share within an assigned territory by promoting BD's comprehensive Endourology portfolio. This includes products and technologies used in the treatment of kidney stone disease, ureteral strictures, BPH, and other minimally invasive urologic procedures. The Territory Manager will develop and execute territory business plans, identify new growth opportunities, and expand utilization within existing accounts while building strong relationships with physicians, clinicians, supply chain teams, and healthcare administrators.
About the Role The Endourology Territory Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and market share within an assigned territory by promoting BD's comprehensive Endourology portfolio. This includes products and technologies used in the treatment of kidney stone disease, ureteral strictures, BPH, and other minimally invasive urologic procedures. The Territory Manager will develop and execute territory business plans, identify new growth opportunities, and expand utilization within existing accounts while building strong relationships with physicians, clinicians, supply chain teams, and healthcare administrators. The Territory Manager will work closely with Procedural Sales Specialists, Regional Sales Managers, Directors of National Accounts, and Strategic Customer teams to execute local and regional growth initiatives. Regular business reviews, forecasting, and performance coaching will ensure alignment against sales objectives and strategic priorities. This role reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager and plays a critical role in delivering commercial success across hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, physician offices, and health systems.
