Baptist Health is seeking an experienced Endoscopy Technologist to support the Endoscopy Team at Baptist Medical Center Clay. You will work within the surgical services teams in the Endoscopy unit, assist during procedures, maintain sterile environment, and ensure patient safety.

Qualifications

• Less than 1 year Surgical Technologist Experience
• Less than 1 year Endoscopy Technologist Experience

Responsibilities

• Assemble, organize and maintain a sterile field for operative procedures
• Anticipate the needs of the surgeon and progression of the case and prepare accordingly
• Proper disposition of specimens and instruments
• Work with the surgical team to minimize anesthesia time and promote patient safety
• Call is required for this position
